In this video I give some mental and physical tips that have made a huge impact on my life when it comes to happiness and getting rid of anxiety and depression. I hope this helps some of you, and it definitely will if you follow these tips every day.
Mental Tips:
1. The Secret
Learning about the Law of Attraction and implementing it into my life has done wonders for me already.
2. Think about solutions and not the problem.
3. Look at what you have done and what you have, rather than everything you haven't done and everything you don't have.
4. Always expect happiness.
Expect this every time you wake up!
5. Don't envy people who are happy.
Be happy and excited for people who are happy, and you'll be happy too!
Physical Tips:
1. Listen to music.
Listen to something relaxing or upbeat. I love to blast music and dance!
2. Watch Comedies.
Laughing will boost your mood immediately.
3. Read.
Read something inspirational, uplifting or funny. Reading will take your mind off things, and it's much better than watching TV.
4. Do things for yourself.
You deserve it!
5. Do something kind for another person each day.
6. Volunteer.
There's no better feeling than helping others.
7. SMILE
Even if you don't feel like smiling... just do it :)
8. Eat healthy and exercise
9. Meditate
10. Be out in nature.
Go for a walk, meditate, exercise... anything!
